I am Vice President of Hoyt Street Properties and have been involved with PDBA for more than 10 years, and have served as a board member for the past 6 years. My contributions have included many hours per week spent on PDBA issues. One of my first real accomplishments was conceptualizing and overseeing implementation of the first Pearl newsletter, the Pearl Pulse, which has now evolved to “Explore the Pearl ” magazine. I have served as a past Chair/President for PDBA, was responsible for securing APNBA grants for Pearl District street sign toppers and has overseen financial statements, accounts payable and association master files. I helped facilitate the original organizational structuring of PDBA, including securing pro bono legal services. As a platinum level sponsor, dedicated to the Pearl District, Hoyt Street Properties has allowed me to spend 10-12 hours per week serving PDBA as part of my regular job.
