The Bar Method is a one-hour long workout class that incorporates the use of a ballet bar to length, strength and sculpt the body. We use the principles of physical therapy and interval training to effectively work all the major muscle groups, which elevates the heart rate and efficiently burns fat. Once the muscles have been worked to exhaustion, we stretch them out. The result is a noticeable "Bar Method" sculpted body featuring:
