| Who
is the PDNA?
The PDNA Board is currently made up of a few architects, an
urban planner, some Realtors, a retired pharmacist, a developer,
a PR consultant, a retired endodontist, an economist, an actor,
a headhunter, and thats just a few.
The common thread is that they all either live, work or own
property in the Pearl District, and they all care deeply about
where the neighborhood is going.
What does the PDNA do?
When they're not stamping and stuffing envelopes, they keep
an eye out!
As committee members, they monitor
issues large and small that affect our community. Some watch
over livability issues, others stay on top of development
projects; a few keep a watchful eye on eyesores and proposed
building designs; and others keep in constant touch with the
City of Portland.
When and where do they meet?
They meet the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Our
annual elections are held at the October General Meeting.
We meet at Pacific Northwest
College of Art, who generously provide us with a clean, well-lighted
classroom.
Board Meetings are open to the
public.
